Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by User

Users may cancel a booking at any time before the driver arrives. A cancellation fee may apply if the driver has already been dispatched and is close to the pickup location.

2. Cancellation by KOIV CAB

We reserve the right to cancel bookings in cases of vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, or force majeure events. In such cases, any pre-paid amounts will be fully refunded.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Significant delays caused by our driver partner.
  • Overcharging due to technical glitches or incorrect route tracking.
  • Vehicle breaking down during a trip.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Wallet refunds (if applicable) are processed instantly.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact our 24/7 support team within 7 days of the trip.
